our first time bringing dogs and the Sheraton made it easy! no extra charge, clean room, easy access for dogs, close to parks, dining. Helpful lady sold park tickets. Close to Disney Springs, friendly staff, fast check-in, and delightful pool area with competitions and excellent bar service. Plenty of space to sit around the pools. Definitely coming back.

The restaurant at this place offers delicious dishes for a good price, the view is amazing and the service is excellent!

I had an enjoyable 2-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions. It is close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fast food restaurants, gift stores.

I stayed at Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort strictly for transit during my travel, and the convenience of being a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel offering a daily shuttle to Disney's transportation center and Disney Springs was a major plus. This made it incredibly easy for me to get to and from the theme parks without having to worry about transportation logistics.

One minor negative aspect was the unfortunate experience of losing a purse and wallet at the hotel.

This place has a modern and unique vibe, with genuinely helpful staff and a great in-house restaurant for a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by a great restaurant and very close to Disney Springs and Universal. I also appreciated that Stumpy's Hatchet House was just a short stroll away. The in-house restaurant was also fantastic.

Reasonably priced breakfasts, hotel was kept clean.

The location was stunning, the stuff where more than helpful. Also, Characters in Flight was 2 miles away. A great in-house restaurant was open on site.

Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort was convenient for Disney trips. Impressive pool and Zest restaurant. Front desk was exceptional. However, issues with parking fee, room cleanliness, and shuttle service detracted from the overall experience.

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming decor of the hotel. The elegant lobby and charming general areas made me feel at ease, and the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-maintained ramps and spacious elevators.

I would only wish for a quieter environment in the evenings for the senior guests, perhaps with some gentle reminders for the children of the staff to keep the noise levels down during the night.

The hotel is spacious, clean, and offers reasonably priced complimentary breakfast. It is conveniently located near various restaurants. The property is in close proximity to Disney resorts, Sheraton Buena Vista, and Disney Springs.

I selected this hotel for a work conference, and it catered well to both business travelers and families visiting the Disney parks. The amenities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive, creating a conducive environment for networking and productive meetings.

The only service that I missed for my work was the availability of a 24-hour business center for printing and scanning documents.

The property was excellent. Our spacious room offered a lovely view of the pools and community area, and the proximity to various restaurants was convenient. Despite the rainy weather, 27 palm and Guillermo's exceptional service brightened our stay. The location's proximity to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, along with nearby attractions like NBA Experience and Cirque du Soleil Boutique, made family bonding easy. The only inconvenience was the elevator situation in our building, but overall, our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. We look forward to returning.

Pleasant staff, excellent location with many nearby restaurants and close proximity to Disney.

Everyone was really good and the room was big and huge. I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for a reasonable price. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were very handy.
