The location is fantastic for families visiting local attractions. The pool area offers fun amenities for kids, which they loved. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms could use attention, as we encountered some issues during our stay.

The check-in process at Sheraton felt smooth. I received a suite upgrade, which was a spacious treat. The room stood out for its cleanliness. Convenient, gated parking made things easy. The pool area was inviting with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast options offered a variety but came with a steep price tag. Most meals were overpriced, including dinner at the bar. my filet lacked flavor and the service was lacking. I encountered noise from the elevator all night, as my room was near it. The hot water in the morning was a big letdown. It didn’t work for at least 15 minutes, causing frustration during my early start. The staff was friendly, but responsiveness could improve, especially when issues arose.

The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and features a water slide that all the kids loved. Our Queen room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine for that morning boost. The fitness center was nice, and they even had options for spa treatments like foot massages. Great location near shops and restaurants too!

My stay at the Sheraton was very positive. The location is excellent, with easy access to the nearby amusement parks, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The restaurant service was outstanding, particularly with Ivanna, who provided detailed explanations of the buffet offerings. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the buffet had a commendable variety. the pool area was kid-friendly and had plenty of seating, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The pool area can be quite loud in the evenings due to movie screenings.

But at night? Total pool party gone wild, like a toddler rave! Also, a balcony that looked like it survived a hurricane—no thanks!

My family and I had a pleasant 3-night stay where the spacious pool area and fun water slide kept the kids entertained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating while providing quick shuttle service to nearby attractions. However, the dining options were on the pricier side, which may be a downside for families on a budget.

The room we stayed in felt outdated and cramped, reminiscent of a budget motel rather than a more upscale brand. The soundproofing failed completely. traffic noise disrupted our sleep several nights, and the AC unit operated like a vintage relic from decades past. Internet connection issues marred our experience as well, leaving us unable to access essential documents at a critical time.

We loved the pool area with its fun slide for the kids, the warm fire pits for evening relaxation, and the cozy bunk beds that created space for everyone. Just wish the dining options matched the fun vibe! Would definitely stay again!
